Something rotten is woven into the very core of this nation and where I used to be optimistic that things could change, I'm now just jaded and resigned to the fact that we'll always be fighting a losing battle until the day this government finally collapses (as all empires eventually do).
You continue to be me. And quite frankly this empire seems to be creaking along. Didn't The USSR dissolve under the weight of it's own Forever War with the Middle East?
Less than 300 years... They don't make empires like they use to.
