Bingo and JACKPOT

( Also, I GOT PREFERRED VIEWING TICKETS TO THE CHANGE ROCKS EVENT WITH BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN! )
And our Field Organizer is doing the crowd warm up for it! :D So proud of her, we'll be rooting her on. All of her core volunteers (myself and 12 others or so) will be doing voter registration for the morning and then head over separately to the Parkway for the event and meet up somewhere there. The event is open to the public with general tickets that you can print online but the only way you could get preferred viewing tickets is if you volunteer. Since we volunteer so much, Kimeka made sure we got however many we needed. I took three so my sister and mom can come too.
OMFG I'M SO EXCITED! I've always wanted to be one of the people who actually has the cool tickets to get up close and I finally do! Otherwise I had planned to spend the entire day registering voters. I'm making up for it by doing a Sunday morning shift, though.
Obama's supposed to be in Philly this Saturday, but it's a surprise as to where he'll be. We're hoping he comes to Change Rocks. I'll definitely have my camera and bring back pictures!
