May It Be by Enya. It's such a haunting melody for a somewhat haunting story.
Even more goosepump-inducing than that is this piece of music from Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2. You can hear it in several places but the one that sticks out is when the trio is running through the Battle of Hogwarts and the giant is trying to kill them. They hide behind the large bell. The music in that part right there is so gorgeous and, again, haunting is the only word I have to describe it. I think it's when they're trying to get to the boathouse where Severus and Voldemort are.
ETA: I found it! It's called Courtyard Apocalypse on the soundtrack. My god it really does give me chills and has me nearly in tears. It's so gorgeous. Just downloaded the entire soundtrack, actually. The whole thing is beautiful.
