Dear Friend of Service,
I hope you are doing well! By way of introduction, my name is Greg Propper and I am the Executive Director of ServiceNation, one of the coalitions leading the Save Service effort along with America Forward and Voices for National Service.
I just wanted to send you a quick email to say, first, thank you for registering to attend the Save Service District Day Visit in Pennsylvania. We truly appreciate it. This will send a very strong signal to your Member of Congress. There is definite momentum building, with almost 1,000 people registered around the country and some very cool events popping up such as one of my personal favorites- the Save Service Flash Mob in Des Moines, Iowa!
I hate to ask for another favor, but I wanted to check in with you to see if you might be able to help us out in recruiting a few more people for your visit in your district. Our goal is to have at least one person at every visit, but in the ideal world there would be somewhere between 5-10. We were hoping you might be willing to reach out to some of your friends or colleagues and see if they would register on http://saveservice.org and join you.
I know the visit is only two days a way (yikes!) but this would be a massive help. If you can shoot me an email back letting me know if you are able to do this, myself or a colleague will get right back to you with anything you need.
